Stream Ingestion Overview

The stream ingestion module enables VBox8 to receive continuous linear TV signals and convert them into processable digital input.

Streams are ingested in real time using broadcast-standard formats. Once connected, the system continuously records the incoming signal and makes it available through the timeline interface.

Stream ingestion operates independently from asset creation. The live stream remains uninterrupted while users navigate recorded segments and extract clips.
